The body modeled in three convex bags supported by as many cylindrical feet, the outside of the surface furrowed by a dense series of diagonal parallel incisions.

Containers of similar shape and size, with a similar etched 'rope' motif were also made in the same period in ceramic (see the item in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, inv. 1972.275.4).
