JUBILE CHAPPUIS silver quarter repeater chronograph pocket watch - Paris, circa 1820

white enamel dial with Arabic numerals has a pair of black steel hands. Guilloché decorated case. The watch has a push button activated quarter repeater function with two hammers striking on inner gongs. The watch is key wound and set and the movement is signed Jubile Chappuis a Paris. Case nr. 6636. Diameter 52 mm. Stamped with the French hallmarks for Paris, 1819-1838. Item condition grading: **** good, working order.
