Danube, Tetradrachm, III cent. BC; AR (g 14,44; mm 25; h 12); Laureate head of Zeus r., Rv. ΦIΛIΠΠ-OY, warrior on horse-back r., holding palm-branch; below, thunderbolt and Ξ, at r. ME (monogr.). KMW - (For the types, cfr. Le Rider pl. 48, 3; SNG ANS 810).
Rare, old cabinet tone, high relief, minor fall of metal on eye, good extremely fine.
