A LARGE POLYCHROME PORCELAIN BALUSTER VASE

Japan, Meiji period

Circular section, cylindrical body and long tubular neck, flared mouth with shaped rim, between the body and neck a dragon in accentuated relief, on the remaining surface a rich polychrome decoration with a floral ground and shaped profile reserves with floral compositions and scenes with samurai, marked Hichōzan Fukagawa sei to the center of the base.
