AN INCISED AND CÉLADON GLAZED CERAMIC EWER
Korea, Goryeo period, 12th-13th century

The ewer with a globular body with moulded spout and ear-shaped handle with a smal ring on the top, the compressed lid with a small finial, the incised decoration consisting of large lotus flowers, the external surface with a céladon glaze.

17,5 x 22 x 13 cm

Provenance: Italian private collection, acquired in Korea in the 1960s.
