Gold necklace with agate cameo - signed BULGARI

18k yellow gold grumetta mesh, centred with a cameo engraved on agate depicting a bust of a bearded personage in profile to the right, set on a geometric centre with a double frame of round brilliant cut diamonds approx. 2.10 ct, F-G, IF-VVS. Signed BVLGARI. Hallmarked "18k - ITALY".
Length 40 cm. Centre size 40 x 30 mm. Weight 164.5 g.
