English Victorian sterling silver tea service - London 1868, mark of JOHN, EDWARD, WALTER & JOHN BARNARD (BARNARD & SONS LTD)

Neoclassical style consisting of a coffee pot, a teapot and a sugar bowl resting on a circular foot with light-cut engraved bodies. Sterling silver, fully hallmarked London 1869-1869, John, Edward, Walter & John Barnard (Barnard & Sons Ltd).

Dimensions and weights: coffee pot, height 30 cm, width with handle 24.5 cm, weight 986 g; teapot, height 23.5 cm, width with handle 25 cm, weight 948 g; sugar bowl, height 16 cm, width with handles 19 cm, weight 420 g. Total weight ca. 2354 g.

Item condition grading: ***** excellent.
