English Victorian sterling silver and cut crystal water jug - Birmingham 1890, mark of JOHN GRINSELL & SONS

cut crystal with sterling silver lid and handle; inside there is an ice container. Fully hallmarked Birmingham 1890-1891, silversmiths John Grinsell & Sons.

(Ref. Jackson’s p. 359; Culme vol.1 p. 197 - vol.2 p. 180).

Height 29 cm, base diameter 17.5 cm. Weight 2983 g.
