Lot consisting of three snuff boxes, one small box and a silver matchbox - late 19th early 20th century

1) rectangular shaped snuff box with floral decoration, hinged lid and gilded interior, hallmarked with the marks in use in Austria-Hungary in the 19th century. Height x width x depth: 2.5 x 9.3 x 4.3 cm, weight 65 g;

2) rectangular shaped box with floral decoration, hinged lid and gilded interior, sterling silver, fully hallmarked Birmingham 1900-1901 silversmith Henry Matthews. Height x width x depth: 3 x 9.3 x 4 cm, weight 56 g;

3) rectangular shaped snuff box engraved with a representation of St Peter's Square in Rome, gilded interior and hinged lid. Height x width x depth: 2.2 x 8.5 x 4.8 cm, weight 54 g;

4) rectangular shaped snuff box, the lid engraved with a gallant scene within a black enamel frame with gilded floral decorations. Sterling silver, hallmarked ""sterling"". Height x width x depth: 1 x 8 x 5.7 cm, weight 114 g;

5) rectangular matchbox, on the front a scene depicting two female figures intent on taking the wallet from a sleeping man. On the sides the inscriptions ""estraction sans douleur"" and ""y crois qu il bouge - du 'ca fait? - on lui dirm qu 'on le chatouille'. Height x width x depth: 1.5 x 5 x 4.5 cm, weight 46 g.
