6th century BC; height cm 21 (8’’); Molded with a profile head of Herakles, wearing the Nemean lion skin and characterized by orientalizing elements like eye with elongated profile and full lips.
Traces of polychromy.

Private collection, London; acquired on the European art market in the 1960s.
