Geta (209-212), Sestertius, Rome, AD 210; AE (g 26,46; mm 31; h 1); IMP CAES P SEPT - GETA PIVS AVG, laureata head r., Rv. PONTIF TR P II COS II, Caracalla and Geta standing facing, holding spears and clasping hands; Geta is crowned by Liber, holding thyrse; Caracalla is crowned by Hercules, wearing lion’s skin and holding club; in ex. S C. RIC 155 var (drapery on l. shoulder); C 143 var (same).
Very rare, reverse well centered and extraordinarily preserved for type. Green patina, good very fine - about extremely fine.
