Carnelian intaglio. Head of emperor wearing a laurel wreath. Interesting post classical work, characterized by a type of polishing and superficial abrasion, that make it close to the ancient examples. Spontaneous portrayal and not in line with the gem's axis. Beautiful color shade. 18th-19th century.; 13,2x11x3 mm;
