TWO HARDSTONE-INLAY IVORY CARVINGS OF THE STANDING IMPERIAL COUPLE
Early 20th century
30 cm high each
The emperor touching with the right hand his long bear, a sword on the left side, the robe decorated with dragons amidst clouds and waves, the empress with a ruyi sceptre in her right hand, the long robe decorated with phoenixes amidst clouds and waves, wooden stands.

Provenance: Acquired before 1975.
