A rectangular Sterling (925‰) Entrée Dish with cover, WILLIAM HUTTON & SONS Ltd 1902-1903 LONDON having rounded corners and using the shell motif to break up the straightforward gadroon border. It has a detachable bayonet-fit cast floral handle. Full hallmarks struck to the surface of the body are all very clear. Dimension 305x235 mm. Height 150 mm. Weight 66.4 oz. - Ce.S.Ar. Certificate (Jackson’s p.70 - Culme vol.1 p.247, Culme vol.2 p.322)
