LITERATURE
The weekly "Libertà al Cile" was published by the Biennale and compiled by Chilean journalists and scholars with the technical collaboration of Italian journalists and experts to convey the information of the programs of the events dedicated to Chile. The newspaper intended to offer a vast documentation and a valid contribution to the discussion on the democratic achievements of Unitad Popolar, as well as on the repression underway in Chile and on the action of the Chileans in exile. In each issue of the weekly was included a poster whose subjects were signed by the graphic artists Birelli and Zen, which is also due to the design of the newspaper, and by artists Roberto Sebastian Matta, Emilio Vedova, Giò Pomodoro and Andrea Cascella. The works, from which the posters were taken, were created expressly for the five editions of the newspaper. The manifesto of Emilio Vedova, Neruda Allende, came out on October 19th.
