Etruscan gold spiral ring, 7th-6th century BC; height cm 1,4, gr 10,57; An amazing scaly snake made through an exquisite granulation technique. Provenance: The Gotha Precious Collection: property of a Swiss Collector; with Oswald Burchard, Zurich, until 1983; formerly part of the M. Hess Collection (Hotel Jura, Basel).
