Miao Paktong ceremonial necklace - HMong north Laos first half of the 20th Century

from the HMong Village "Luang Pranbang" located in the north of Laos, it is composed of three semicircles with braid decoration depicting the sun. Weight 319 gr. The Paktong is an alloy of zinc, copper and nickel, closely resembling silver, of Chinese origin. Item condition grading: *** fair (defects).
