Antique bone mounted walking stick cane - Germany early 20th Century

bone pommel handle carved in the form of a skull with a snake, metal collar and wooden shaft. Weight 154 gr, height 87 cm. Item condition grading: **** quite good (base ferrule missing). Ce.S.Ar. Certificate of antiquity (pre-1947).
