Important collection of images from the collection of the painter and sculptor Carlo Ferrari. The lot includes 60 photographic prints including albumine, pigment and gelatin-bromide prints and 6 typographic reproductions of paintings. Among the photographic prints are applied on cardboard, albumines from the botanical garden of Florence, photos of the Painter's country study, some unidentified models, still lifes and a hardcover with a dedication by the painter Johann Wagner. Some prints are attributable to style and technique to the Danish photographer Pietro Thyge Boyesen, a good friend of the painter.
