Miao silver ceremonial necklace - HMong north Laos first half of the 20th Century

from the HMong Village "Luang Pranbang" located in northern Laos, it has decorations that are influenced by Chinese Buddhism. The central pendant presents a Taoist symbol depicting two faced fishes, whose sides are a dragon and a phoenix. In the terminal part, there is a lotus flower from which stands a peacock surrounded by two frogs. At the end, are positioned seven auspicious bells. Weight 360 gr. Low silver alloy. Item condition grading: **** good.
