BRACELET 40s ROMBO

Handmade bracelet made in Italy in the 1940s in 18 K yellow gold. A central rhombus decorated with 0.80 ct diamonds and ct sapphires. 2 tot. The interlocking shirt studded with 6 sapphires. Measures 162x3.62 mm and weight of 14.30 gr.
