CROSS PENDANT WITH CENTRAL RUBY

Handcrafted pendant made in Italy in the 1940s in yellow gold 14 K, with thin silver foil in which the diamonds are set. The cross is composed of old cut diamonds of 0,35 ct, and embellished with a central ruby of 1 ct. Measurements: 53x34,3 mm. Weight: 12,6 gr
