Signed autograph letter from the Hungarian composer confirming the sending of photographs for the "Italian Illustration" project by Guido M. Gatti: “… spedisco oggi 25 fotografie delle 2 mie opere date qui a Budapest … Si preferirebbe pubblicare fotografie da Milano …”. Kodály was one of the first scholars to seriously consider the archaic melodies of the oral tradition of his own people and became one of the pioneers of ethnomusicology. Two pp. in-8.
