The artwork of Afro “La Creola” of 1964 is a mix of influences that gave birth to the Informal pictorical language which can be deduced by the title. It defines a mixture of languages forming the creole language. In that case the Informal current is mixed with the vibrating color senses of venetian painting, linked to the artist's origins. From the 60’s on, Afro experienced his personal return nature through the frequent application of different shades of color, shown in La Creola too, such as: ruby red, ochre, black and Siena brown;
