Informazioni sull’asta 40
- I lotti verranno aggiudicati definitivamente in sala durante l’asta che si svolgerà il 18 dicembre 2017 dalle ore 19:15.
- I lotti saranno visibili al pubblico il 14 dicembre 2017 dalle ore 17:00 alle ore 21:00 e dal 15 al 17 dicembre 2017 dalle ore 10:00 alle ore 19:00 presso Bertolami Fine Arts in Piazza Lovatelli 1, 00186 Roma.
- Le offerte potranno essere effettuate attraverso il nostro sito (www.bertolamifinearts.com), via fax, via email, telefonicamente o direttamente presso la sede di Bertolami Fine Arts. Le offerte effettuate attraverso il nostro sito dovranno pervenire entro le ore 17:00 del 18 dicembre 2017.
- La base d’asta è indicata in catalogo.
- A parità di offerta sul medesimo lotto e in assenza di nuove offerte in sala, quest’ultimo verrà assegnato all’offerta con data anteriore.
- In caso di una sola offerta su un lotto, l’importo di aggiudicazione sarà quello della base d’asta. Esempio: importo base
€ 1.000. Importo unica offerta € 1.500. Il lotto viene aggiudicato per € 1.000.
- In caso di offerte multiple sul medesimo lotto, l’offerta vincente sino a quel momento verrà calcolata mediante un incremento prestabilito (vedi tabella di seguito) da aggiungere all’offerta immediatamente inferiore rispetto a quella più alta ricevuta. Esempio: prezzo base € 1.000. Cliente (A) offerta € 1.270. Cliente (B) € 1.800. In tal caso l’offerta vincente sarà quella del cliente (B) per l’importo di € 1.370 (ossia con l’incremento prestabilito come da tabella per lo scaglione corrispondente pari ad € 100 oltre l’offerta immediatamente inferiore di € 1.270).
- Il pagamento dei lotti aggiudicati potrà essere effettuato secondo le seguenti modalità:
• assegno bancario o circolare non trasferibile intestato a Bertolami Fine Arts s.r.l., con aggiunta all’importo della fattura di € 10 per gli assegni esteri.
• Carte di credito Visa e MasterCard con aggiunta all’importo della fattura del 2%
• Paypal/American Express con aggiunta all’importo della fattura del 3,5%
• bonifico bancario a favore di Bertolami Fine Arts s.r.l., con aggiunta all’importo della fattura di € 10 (bonifici extra-Europei) da effettuarsi su:

L’aggiudicatario non corrisponderà a Bertolami Fine Arts commissioni d’asta sul prezzo di aggiudicazione.
L’aggiudicatario corrisponderà a Bertolami Fine Arts il diritto di seguito (SIAE), ove previsto dalla legge, se il prezzo di vendita sarà superiore a € 3.000. L’importo dovuto viene così calcolato:
4% per la parte del prezzo di vendita compresa tra € 3.000 ed € 50.000;
3% per la parte del prezzo di vendita compresa tra € 50.000,01 ed € 200.000;
1% per la parte del prezzo di vendita compresa tra € 200.000,01 ed € 350.000;
0,5% per la parte del prezzo di vendita compresa tra € 350.000,01 ed € 500.000;
0,25% per la parte del prezzo di vendita superiore ad € 500.000
Il pagamento dei lotti aggiudicati dovrà avvenire entro e non oltre 10 giorni dal ricevimento della fattura di acquisto. A partire dal 30° giorno seguente la data dell’ aggiudicazione, verrà addebitata una penale dell’1%/mese sull’importo della fattura insoluta.
- Eventuali costi doganali e quelli di spedizione sono a carico del compratore. Nel caso in cui, per contestazioni ingiustificate, i beni
dovessero essere restituiti a Bertolami Fine Arts, le spese doganali e di spedizione saranno a carico del cliente.
