14k white and yellow gold, set with sardonica cameo shell depicting an "amorino", brilliant cut diamonds ca. 0.12 ct, G, VS. Signed "ROVIAN" and stamped "750". Front dimensions 35 x 25 mm. Weight 9 gr. Item condition grading: ***** excellent.
