An 18K yellow gold Wristwatch, by IWC - 1940's
this vintage IWC wristwtche is set in a fixed lugs case, with its original dial with Arabic numerals and second at six. Mechanical manual winding movement on a leather strap. Working order. Case 24x45 mm.
