A LONGQUAN CÉLADON-GLAZED BALUSTER ‘PRUNUS’ VASE
China, Ming dynasty

34 cm high

The slender vase with rounded shoulders and low circular neck, a decoration of incised lines on the shoulders and on the neck, a group of moulded prunus branches toward the base, the external surface overall covered with an unctuous céladon glaze.
